The relapse prevention program will provide families and individuals access to skilled, seasoned, professionals, trained in all facets of addictions and substance abuse. These professionals have long-term social work backgrounds and work effectively from a multi-disciplinary perspective that enhances the success rate for all individuals participating in the program.
