A seasoned social worker with over thirty years of experience, Catherine has skills from many different disciplines: Clinical, Social work, Spiritual, Solution-based and Cognitive. Her approach is direct and she deals with the grass roots issues that assist her clients in moving forward in therapy quite quickly.

            As an Irish Native, Catherine’s technique includes traditional and spiritual perspectives. She has been involved with First Nations Culture for 20 years.

            Catherine focuses on healing people through self-empowerment. She has extensive experience and knowledge in working with marriage counselling, individual counselling, couple counselling, alcohol and drug abuse, victims of sexual abuse, perpetrators of such crimes, family dynamics, mood disorders, eating disorders, chronic pain, grief and loss, anger management issues, pornography, sexual deviances, youth and young adults at odds with Family and Society, self-harming, spiritual exploration, self-esteem, assertiveness training.
